How are they made?

Ground BIO poultry meat (with skin and bone and cartilage) is filled into long intestines, which are made of particularly durable material to withstand the cooking temperature that follows in the chamber intended for this purpose. The chips is first, when the whole mass of meat is another gut, pre-dried, then cut into thin pieces (chips) and dried to a suitable moisture level. For better taste, the chips is lightly smoked over the beechwood smoke.
